1. Scope of Services
This Schedule applies to print-ready artwork and related creative design services provided by Little Moo Media.
Such services may include, but are not limited to, business card artwork, flyer artwork, leaflet artwork, brochure artwork, poster artwork, signage artwork, stationery artwork, menu artwork, document layout, packaging artwork, promotional artwork and other design work intended for printed use.
The specific services to be delivered will be defined within the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work, project agreement or invoice issued to the Client.
All services are provided based on the scope, deliverables and timelines agreed within the relevant project documentation. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines or a separate agreement.
Little Moo Media provides design and artwork preparation only under this Schedule. Little Moo Media does not provide printing, manufacturing, physical supply or printer management as part of this Schedule unless such services are expressly agreed in writing through a separate third-party arrangement.
2. Artwork Preparation
Little Moo Media may prepare artwork for print based on the agreed design scope, intended printed material and any specifications supplied by the Client or the Client’s chosen printer.
Artwork preparation may include layout design, image placement, typography, brand application, export preparation, bleed setup, safe zone consideration, crop mark setup, file formatting and creation of print-ready PDF or other agreed file formats.
Little Moo Media will take reasonable steps to prepare artwork in line with commonly accepted print artwork standards or supplied printer specifications.
The Client acknowledges that artwork requirements can vary between printers, products, materials, finishes and production methods.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all content, wording, images, logos, dimensions, print specifications, printer guidance, product requirements and approvals required for the artwork.
This may include, but is not limited to, final text, contact details, prices, dates, product information, addresses, QR codes, disclaimers, legal wording, image files, logo files, brand assets, preferred sizes and printer templates.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all supplied information is accurate, lawful, complete and suitable for publication and printing.
Delays in providing required content, specifications or approvals may result in project delays for which Little Moo Media cannot be held responsible.
4. Printer Specifications
Where artwork is being produced for a specific printer, the Client is responsible for supplying the printer’s technical specifications before artwork preparation begins.
Printer specifications may include file type, trim size, bleed, safe zones, colour profile, resolution, fold marks, die lines, paper stock, finishing requirements and upload requirements.
Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for print issues caused by missing, incorrect, outdated or incomplete printer specifications supplied by the Client or printer.
Where printer specifications are supplied after artwork has already been prepared, amendments required to meet those specifications may be treated as additional work unless included within the agreed project scope.
5. Client-Supplied Content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for supplying all wording, images, graphics, brand materials, claims, offers, prices, contact details and legal wording required for the artwork.
Little Moo Media does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, ownership or completeness of content supplied by the Client.
The Client warrants that all supplied materials are owned by the Client or used with appropriate permission.
The Client is responsible for checking all content before approval, export or use.
6. Proofing and Approval
Before final artwork is delivered, the Client will normally be provided with a proof or preview for review and approval.
It is the responsibility of the Client to carefully review all artwork prior to approval.
This includes checking spelling, grammar, layout, colours, measurements, contact details, QR codes, prices, dates, disclaimers, legal wording, folds, page order, bleed, safe zones and any other content included within the design.
Once artwork has been approved, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for errors present within the approved artwork.
Approval may be given in writing by email, message, form submission, written instruction or any other recorded confirmation.
7. Revisions and Amendments
The number of revisions included within a print-ready artwork project will be defined within the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or project agreement issued to the Client.
Revisions refer to reasonable modifications or adjustments to an existing artwork concept based on Client feedback.
Revisions do not include substantial redesigns, new concepts, additional sizes, alternative formats, new printed materials, new layout routes, changes to the original brief or amendments caused by late-supplied printer specifications unless expressly included within the agreed scope.
Where revision requests exceed the agreed revision allowance, Little Moo Media reserves the right to apply additional charges or issue a revised quotation before continuing with further work.
8. Final Artwork Delivery
Once the final artwork has been approved by the Client and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full, Little Moo Media will deliver the final artwork files specified within the agreed project scope.
Final files may be supplied in commonly used formats suitable for print or digital proofing, including PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG where appropriate.
The exact file formats delivered will depend on the nature of the project, printer requirements and the intended use of the deliverables.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the delivered files meet their printer’s requirements before submitting them for production.
Any additional file formats, resized artwork, alternative versions or re-exported files requested after delivery may be treated as additional work.
9. Colour, Paper and Finish Variation
The Client acknowledges that printed colours may vary from on-screen colours due to differences in screen calibration, print method, ink, paper stock, finish, lighting, printer settings and production process.
Little Moo Media cannot guarantee exact colour matching between digital previews and final printed output.
The Client acknowledges that paper stock, lamination, coating, trimming, folding, binding, cutting and other finishing processes are controlled by the printer or production supplier, not Little Moo Media.
Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for colour variation, trimming variation, finishing issues, stock issues, material differences or print results caused by third-party printers or production suppliers.
Where accurate colour matching is required, the Client should request printed proofs or samples from their chosen printer before approving full production.
10. Third-Party Printers and Suppliers
The Client is responsible for selecting, instructing and managing any third-party printer or production supplier unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for the quality, reliability, pricing, timelines, delivery, customer service, production methods or errors of third-party printers or suppliers.
Where Little Moo Media communicates with a printer or supplier at the Client’s request, such communication is provided as project support only and does not make Little Moo Media responsible for the printer’s output, production process, delivery or service.
Any delays, errors, reprints, refunds, disputes or quality concerns relating to print production must be handled directly between the Client and the relevant printer or supplier unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
11. No Print Fulfilment
Little Moo Media provides design and print-ready artwork preparation only.
Little Moo Media does not provide printing, manufacturing, stock control, warehousing, delivery, dispatch or supplier supply services under this Schedule.
Any printing, production, delivery, collection, dispatch or physical supply of printed materials is the responsibility of the Client or the Client’s chosen third-party printer unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Any third-party print arrangement is separate from Little Moo Media’s design and artwork preparation services.
12. Errors After Approval
Once artwork has been approved by the Client, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for errors, omissions, spelling mistakes, incorrect contact details, incorrect measurements, incorrect prices, incorrect dates, layout issues or other mistakes present within the approved artwork.
If the Client submits approved artwork to a printer or third-party supplier, the Client does so at their own responsibility.
Any correction, re-export, redesign or amended artwork required after approval may be treated as additional work.
Where printed materials are produced from approved artwork containing errors, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for reprint costs, production costs, delivery costs, loss of stock, loss of sales, missed deadlines or related losses.
13. Source Files and Editable Files
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Little Moo Media does not provide source files, working design files or editable project files.
Source files may include, but are not limited to, Adobe Illustrator files, Photoshop files, InDesign files, layered artwork files, Canva files, Figma files, editable templates or other internal production materials used during the creation of the artwork.
Little Moo Media retains ownership of all source files and working documents as part of its internal design process and intellectual property.
The Client receives a licence to use the final approved artwork delivered as part of the project but does not obtain ownership of underlying production files unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where editable files are supplied as part of an agreed project, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for any later edits, formatting changes, missing fonts, layout damage, export issues, print issues or misuse caused by the Client or a third party.
14. Legal and Regulatory Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all artwork content, claims, promotional wording, pricing, offers, regulated statements, disclaimers and published information comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, industry requirements and printer requirements.
Little Moo Media does not provide legal, financial, medical, regulatory or advertising compliance advice unless expressly agreed in writing with advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
The Client is responsible for obtaining legal, regulatory or sector-specific advice where required.
The Client must not supply content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, offensive or otherwise unsuitable for publication or printing.
Little Moo Media reserves the right to refuse to create, amend or release artwork that it reasonably considers unlawful, misleading, harmful, unethical, reputationally risky or inconsistent with professional standards.
15. Portfolio Use
Little Moo Media reserves the right to showcase completed print-ready artwork, layout design and related creative work within its portfolio, website, social media, case studies and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Little Moo Media will not knowingly publish confidential information or commercially sensitive project information without appropriate permission.
Where a project is confidential, under embargo or subject to agreed restrictions, the Client must notify Little Moo Media in writing before the project begins or before final approval is given.
