1. Scope of Services
This Schedule applies to branding and graphic design services provided by Little Moo Media.
Such services may include, but are not limited to, logo design, brand identity development, brand refreshes, visual identity systems, marketing artwork, advertising creatives, social media graphics, digital graphics, brochures, business stationery artwork, promotional artwork, layout design and other visual design work.
The specific services to be delivered will be defined within the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work, project agreement or invoice issued to the Client.
All services are provided based on the scope, deliverables and timelines agreed within the relevant project documentation. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, revised timelines or a separate agreement.
Little Moo Media does not provide printing, manufacturing or physical supply services under this Schedule. Where artwork is intended for print, Little Moo Media may prepare print-ready artwork as part of the agreed design scope, but responsibility for production, printer selection and final printed output remains with the Client or their chosen third-party supplier unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
2. Design Process
Branding and graphic design projects typically involve multiple stages including briefing, research, concept development, design production, review, refinement and final delivery.
Little Moo Media will develop creative concepts based on the information, direction and materials provided by the Client together with professional design judgement and industry experience.
The design process may involve research, concept exploration, typography selection, colour development, layout design, brand asset creation and visual refinement.
Project timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the work, the responsiveness of the Client and the availability of required materials, feedback or approvals.
3. Client Brief and Direction
The Client is responsible for providing a clear brief, including the purpose of the project, intended audience, preferred style, required wording, technical requirements, file requirements and any known deadlines.
Where the Client does not provide a clear brief, Little Moo Media may use its professional judgement to interpret the project requirements based on the information available.
The Client acknowledges that vague, incomplete or changing instructions may affect the project timeline, scope, cost and final outcome.
Any substantial change in creative direction after work has commenced may be treated as a scope change and may require additional fees or revised timelines.
4. Client Feedback and Approvals
The Client agrees to review design work and provide feedback, approvals or revision requests within a reasonable timeframe in order to allow the project to progress efficiently.
Feedback should be provided in a clear and consolidated format wherever reasonably possible. Fragmented, contradictory or repeatedly revised feedback may extend project timelines and may result in additional fees where it causes work outside the agreed scope.
Where the Client fails to provide feedback, approvals or required information within a reasonable timeframe, Little Moo Media reserves the right to pause the project until the necessary information has been received.
Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for delays resulting from delayed Client feedback, delayed approval or unclear instructions.
5. Revisions
The number of revisions included within a project will be defined within the relevant proposal, quotation, statement of work or project agreement issued to the Client.
Revisions refer to reasonable modifications or adjustments to an existing design concept based on Client feedback.
Revisions do not include the creation of entirely new design concepts, significant redesigns, changes to the original project brief, new deliverables, additional artwork sizes or alternative design routes not included within the agreed scope.
Where revision requests exceed the agreed revision allowance, Little Moo Media reserves the right to apply additional charges or issue a revised quotation before continuing with further work.
6. Final Artwork Delivery
Once the final design has been approved by the Client and all outstanding invoices have been paid in full, Little Moo Media will deliver the final artwork files specified within the project scope.
Final files may be supplied in commonly used formats suitable for digital use, brand use or agreed print-ready artwork use, including PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG where appropriate.
The exact file formats delivered will depend on the nature of the project, the intended use of the deliverables and the agreed project scope.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the delivered files meet their future usage requirements. Any additional file formats, resized assets or alternative versions requested after delivery may be treated as additional work.
7. Source Files and Editable Files
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Little Moo Media does not provide source files, working design files or editable project files.
Source files may include, but are not limited to, Adobe Illustrator files, Photoshop files, InDesign files, layered artwork files, editable templates, Canva files, Figma files or other internal production materials used during the creation of the design work.
Little Moo Media retains ownership of all source files and working documents as part of its internal design process and intellectual property.
The Client receives a licence to use the final approved artwork delivered as part of the project but does not obtain ownership of underlying production files unless expressly agreed in writing.
Where editable files are supplied as part of an agreed project, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for any later edits, damage, formatting changes, misuse or incorrect output caused by the Client or a third party.
8. Brand Assets and Guidelines
Where branding or identity design services are provided, Little Moo Media may supply brand assets including logo files, colour references, typography guidance, visual style guidance or brand guidelines depending on the scope of the agreed project.
Brand guidelines are intended to support consistent use of the Client’s brand across digital and printed materials.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that brand assets are used appropriately and consistently following delivery.
Little Moo Media accepts no responsibility for incorrect implementation, misuse, modification or inconsistent use of design assets by the Client or third parties after delivery.
9. Client-Supplied Content
The Client is responsible for supplying any required materials necessary for the completion of the design project.
This may include text content, images, logos, marketing content, product information, contact details, claims, offers, pricing, legal wording or other materials required for the design work.
Little Moo Media accepts no responsibility for the legality, ownership, accuracy or compliance of materials supplied by the Client.
The Client warrants that any materials supplied do not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other legal rights of any third party.
The Client is responsible for checking all wording, details, claims, contact information and factual information before approval.
10. Artwork Approval
Before final artwork is delivered, exported or prepared for use, the Client will normally be provided with a proof or preview for review and approval.
It is the responsibility of the Client to carefully review all artwork prior to approval.
This includes checking spelling, grammar, layout, colours, measurements, contact details, prices, dates, disclaimers, legal wording and any other content included within the design.
Once artwork has been approved, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for errors present within the approved design.
Any correction, re-export, redesign or amended artwork required after approval may be treated as additional work.
11. Third-Party Use and Implementation
The Client may use the final approved deliverables for the agreed commercial or operational purpose once all relevant invoices have been paid in full.
Where the Client supplies final artwork to a third party, including another designer, printer, marketing provider, social media manager or platform provider, Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for how that third party uses, edits, resizes, compresses, reproduces or implements the artwork.
Little Moo Media shall not be liable for quality issues, layout changes, colour shifts, technical issues, upload errors, compression, incorrect sizing or reproduction issues caused by third parties, platforms, printers or suppliers outside Little Moo Media’s direct control.
12. Print-Ready Artwork
Where design work is intended for printed materials, Little Moo Media may prepare artwork according to commonly accepted print artwork standards or according to specifications provided by the Client or the Client’s chosen printer.
The Client is responsible for selecting a printing provider and ensuring the artwork meets that provider’s production specifications unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client acknowledges that different printers may have different requirements for file type, bleed, colour profile, safe zones, sizing, paper stock and finishing.
Little Moo Media shall not be responsible for print results, colour variation, production errors, trimming, material quality, delivery delays, finishing, printer interpretation or other issues caused by third-party print providers.
Where the Client requires artwork to be amended to meet a printer’s specifications after approval or delivery, such work may be treated as additional work unless included within the agreed project scope.
13. Portfolio Use
Little Moo Media reserves the right to showcase completed branding, graphic design and creative artwork within its portfolio, website, social media, case studies and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Little Moo Media will not knowingly publish confidential information or commercially sensitive project information without appropriate permission.
Where a project is confidential, under embargo or subject to agreed restrictions, the Client must notify Little Moo Media in writing before the project begins or before final approval is given.
